Every anchor bolt on this page is a retrofit anchor: it installs into concrete that has already cured, so a failing foundation connection can be repaired without lifting the structure or pouring a new stem wall. All are machined in the USA from Grade B7 rod and ship nationwide.
Choose by the job. Standard Knife Anchor Bolts replace corroded J-bolts and tension tie straps in wood-framed structures. Center Plate anchors restore sill plate and mudsill connections. Dead Shoring Bolts hold the structure while the repair is carried out. The Mini-Pack is a small quantity for a single repair or a first trial.

Yes. Grade B7 rod is a heat-treated chromium-molybdenum low-alloy steel with minimum tensile strength requirement of 125 ksi (860 Mpa), yield 105 ksi (720 Mpa), and maximum hardness of 35HRC.
